GMJ Criminal Justice Division was called on to assist Dallas County Officials and the Texas Commission on Jail Standards to address maintenance issues at the Dallas County Jail. The jail had not passed the state jail inspection for almost seven years.
GMJ was engaged to assist the jail to become compliant. After only a few months with GMJ’s expertise along with incredibly challenging work and teamwork from County and Jail Officials the almost seven-year non-compliance was resolved. The Texas Commission on Jail Standards announced that they were satisfied that Dallas County Jail was in complete compliance.
