A Certified Public Accountant and partner in the firm, Megan brings more than 20 years of accounting, consulting, and executive leadership experience. Before joining GMJ, she spent 10 years in public accounting, building a strong foundation in financial reporting, auditing, tax, and business consulting.
As Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Megan provides executive leadership for the firm’s financial management, operations, strategic initiatives, and continued growth. She oversees all accounting and financial reporting functions, directs company operations, leads contract negotiations and administration, and manages internal control best practices. She also advises clients on economic development and property tax incentives, helping them secure, structure, negotiate, and administer complex state and local incentive agreements while ensuring compliance with incentive requirements throughout the life of each project.
